This position supports the Chef and Kitchen Manager in preparing and delivering quality food across all dining outlets on property while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.Candidates must be flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.What You'll Do:Take full responsibility for the quality and consistency of food servedPrepare ingredients and dishes following standard recipesAssist with inventory checks and organization of kitchen suppliesMaintain cleanliness and sanitation in all food prep and storage areasProperly use, clean, and maintain kitchen equipmentHelp with receiving and storing deliveriesComply fully with all Department of Health food safety standardsSupport the kitchen team with other tasks as needed What You Bring:1-2 years of hands-on cooking experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentSolid understanding of kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling proceduresAbility to work efficiently in a high-pressure environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to take direction and continuously improveDependable with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements:Stand, walk, bend, and move for 6-8 hours at a timeLift and carry up to 30 lbsUse of hands and arms for food prep and equipment operationVision requirements include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptionComfortable working in a moderate to loud kitchen environmentMust be able to work extended hours during peak seasons and holidays Compensation:$22-$28/hour (commensurate with experience) Why Join Troon?Troon is the worldu0027s largest professional club management company, founded in 1990 and now managing 700+ locations across 30+ countries.
