We are looking for a Content Manager to define & execute our digitalplatform content strategy, prioritize impactful themes & topics, &collaborate closely with designers, writers, video creators,researchers, & educators to produce engaging, user-centric, kid-friendly& adult-friendly career navigation content. You?ll balance long-termeditorial vision with timely, iterative content delivery, ensuring ourplatforms offer compelling, accessible, & relevant resources alignedwith the needs of young job seekers. What You'll Do: Content Strategy -Conduct research to deeply understand audience needs, content trends,emerging storytelling formats, & competitive landscape. Align contentcreation & curation with the organization?s mission, strategic goals, &stakeholder priorities. Content Roadmap & Editorial Planning - Develop &maintain an editorial calendar & content roadmap based on impact,audience needs, & resource availability. Create clear outlines, contentbriefs, & storyboards to illustrate content ideas & execution plans.Content Development & Lifecycle - Manage all stages of the contentproduction lifecycle, including planning, creation, editing, reviewing,publishing, & evaluating effectiveness. Ensure content remains current,relevant, & engaging across multiple channels & platforms. StakeholderCollaboration - Work closely with internal teams, external partners,subject-matter experts, & various audience segments to coordinatecontent initiatives & ensure alignment on messaging, timing, &objectives. Content Engagement & Digital Experience - Oversee thedigital content experience, ensuring a consistent voice, compellingstorytelling, multimedia integration, & effective audience engagement.Audience-Centered Content - Advocate consistently for user needs,ensuring content is accessible, inclusive, engaging, & user-friendly.Create content that resonates with audience preferences & effectivelysupports their career exploration journey. Creative & TechnicalPartnerships - Identify & collaborate with freelance writers, designers,videographers, content agencies, & technology vendors to enhance contentcreation, quality, & delivery. Performance Measurement & ImpactReporting - Define clear content-related KPIs, track contentperformance, monitor engagement analytics, & regularly report on theeffectiveness & impact of content initiatives. Agile & Iterative ContentDevelopment - Implement an iterative approach to content creation,rapidly testing concepts, gathering user feedback, & refining contentbased on audience responses. Compliance & Privacy - Ensure all digitalcontent adheres to content-related guidelines, accessibility standards,& privacy regulations (COPPA, FERPA, etc.). Training & Adoption -Support internal teams, partners, & stakeholders in effectivelyutilizing & leveraging content to meet organizational goals. About You:3+ years of content management or editorial experience, ideally inedtech, workforce development, digital media, or social impact sectors.Experience creating content & managing content strategy in a youthdomain is a big plus. Strong audience research & content analyticsskills to inform editorial decisions & content strategy. Provenexperience in developing & managing editorial calendars & contentroadmaps with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with agile contentcreation, multimedia production, & iterative publishing processes.Passion for youth empowerment, career exploration, storytelling, &digital accessibility. Excellent written & verbal communication,editing, & stakeholder collaboration skills. Experience working in anonprofit or mission-driven organization is a plus. ASA works in aHybrid schedule (2) two days a week in our Boston HQ.
