As a Business Analytics Manager Senior - Foreign Exchange within PNC's Investment Operations organization, you can sit in Pittsburgh, PA. The candidate must have Foreign Exchange experience or Securities Broker Dealer experience . The position will require the ability to create business requirements, assist in design, test plans, and test execution of system functionality. Effective communication skills and strong analytic problem-solving skills are critical to managing a team of Business Analysts and working with colleagues across multiple departments to accomplish goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: u2022 Business Analysis and Requirements. u2022 Defining Business Rules to drive/develop System Functionality. u2022 Strong knowledge of the Swift network (Society of Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) or FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). u2022 Experience working with FX Trading (Forwards, NDFs, Swaps, Options) or Broker Dealer Trading, Trade Capture, Accounting, and Settlements. u2022 Broad knowledge and understanding of Capital Markets including Broker Dealer, Swap Dealer, and Foreign Exchange. u2022 Broad knowledge of Test Planning, Testing Lifecycle, and System Implementation. Job Description + Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability. + Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements . + Leading the research, development and adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities. + Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership. + Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
