We are looking for merchandisers towork independently across various retail locations, showcasing theirorganization and time management skills to display and maintaininventory levels of our celebrations product, including greeting cards,gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more. Pay: The startingpay is $14.00 per hour with two increases during the first year ofemployment (the listed rates are subject to change based on worklocation). After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to$14.80. After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate willincrease to $15.50. We offer flexible work scheduling. We providepaid training. 401(k) with company match Route & Schedule: This routewill service the following retail locations at: 6321 Mckee Rd Fitchburg,WI 53719 3010 Cahill Main 6655 Mckee Road Madison, WI 660 , Verona, WI303 Douglas Dr Brooklyn, WI The weekly average hours are 15 hours perweek. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 28 hours per weekaround holidays. Ideal candidate would be available during daytimehours and specifically Monday mornings due to store needs and service.Primary Responsibilities: Service stores on your assigned route,including merchandising and organizing product orders, displayingproduct within greeting card departments and other retail locations,maintaining an organized backroom areas, and other inventory tasks asneeded. Communicate with management any questions or concernsregarding service or schedules. Work in a fast-paced retailenvironment utilizing effective time management skills andorganizational skills. Partner and build relationships with retailstore associates and management during daytime retail business hours. Availability for additional working days and extended hours leading upto and immediately following major holidays. Provide occasionalassistance with store resets which may include minor fixture work,product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested. Review andplan your weekly service schedule and workload in your assigned stores,utilizing a company-issued tablet The ability to work on your own andwith a team.
