Rehab Coordinator

We are looking for a rehab coordinator for our Birmingham investors. This would be a remote job, after training. Full time with a lor of opportunities for professional growth and development. Qualifications * Real Estate Construction, Inspecting, or Project Management * 2+ Years' Experience Site Inspections * Rehab Draw Requests * New Investor Applications * Loan Extension Requests * Loan Modification Requests * Pre-closing Inspection Contingencies (as needed) * Placing Signage in yards of all rehabs * Checking progress of all loans in territory Rehab Draws * Recommendation for draw approvals sent to Servicing Manager with videos to support. * Recommendation for rehab holdback modifications when inspections show extra work needed. Borrower Communication * Communicating with new investors about the status of their project and plan of action for completion. Help prevent work or demolition that was not on the initial approved SOW. Lockbox organization for all rehab projects * Ensure all lockbox codes/access info are entered in software Other Skills, Functions, & Responsibilities * Upload inspection videos into the company database. * Prepare and present weekly scorecard * Calendar & Email Management * Strong Written & Verbal Communication This job description is not intended to be all encompassing and may include additional administrative, clerical, or customer service type duties as needed Benefits: Company Car Health, Vision.
