LHH is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients based in Moberly, MOJob Title: Administrative Assistant (Contract)Location: Moberly, MOEmployment Type: ContractPay Rate: $18-$22/hrWork Arrangement: OnsiteJob SummaryEntry-level position under general supervision, providing a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesFormat, type, and edit routine materials including correspondence, memos, reports, and confidential documentsReceive and screen calls and visitors; schedule appointments and meetings; resolve routine issues or escalate as neededPrepare and update internal reports; collect and verify dataMaintain department files, records, and confidential materialsSchedule meetings and notify attendees; arrange logisticsCoordinate domestic and international travelAssist in preparing records, statistics, and reports related to operations and personnelAdminister programs, projects, and processes specific to the departmentAct as administrative liaison for purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operationsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceRequired: High School Diploma or G.E.D.1-3 Years of Experience in an administrative settingSkillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with general office equipmentWork EnvironmentFrequent use of motor coordination and finger dexterity (e.g., keyboarding)Occasional handling of objects under 30 poundsRare exposure to occupational risks and environmental elementsStandard office settingPay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hourSearch managed by: Abigail Revalee Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
