Whatever your product needs, we can meet it with precision and passion.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Install, service, repair mechanical and electronic equipment at customer sites, manufacturing sites, and sales/service offices.Use hand tools, test equipment and multimeters for performing tasks.Requires knowledge of equipment specifications.Discusses with engineering problems relating to maintenance or operation of equipment.Field train customers.Performs in house phone troubleshooting support to customers.Supports sales for product demonstrations.Provides a range of known solutions to problems.Innovates on the fly to resolve new and unique problems.May need to provide after-hours phone troubleshooting support.Will be asked to travel extensively, nationwideBuild and maintain customer relationships.Performs other duties as assigned by manager.QUALIFICATIONS:Requires minimal direct supervision.Organizational skillsMicrosoft Outlook and Excel knowledgeExpert knowledge of supplied machineryAbility to accurately and effectively communicate problems and suggest possible solutionsWill require travel up to 100% of the time.
