Construction Project Manager

Overview:Staxmatic is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead commercial Mechanical and Plumbing construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating all phases of project execution—including planning, resource management, financial oversight, and field supervision to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The Project Manager plays a key leadership role in driving successful outcomes and aligning field and office operations.Benefits:Pay: Up to $140,000 based on experienceMonday-Friday scheduleMedical, Dental, and Vision health insurance electionsHospital and Identity TheftVoluntary STD, Life, and Accident Coverage401K and HSA with matchBasic Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance, and AD&D Insurance offered at no costPay Card option24-7 office supportWeekly pay & online access to pay stubsDuties and Responsibilities:Manage complex initiatives that span one or multiple projectsProvide on-site leadership for the assigned foreman and team to meet project goals including interim project deadlinesManage multiple projects simultaneouslyManage the day-to-day work and deadlines of each project activitiesMonitor staffing, individual and team performance, and participate in performance evaluationsEnsure quality control and participate in quality issue resolutionDevelop and manage all aspects of the project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change orders, risks, and other issuesDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnelEnsure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standardsEnsure all required documentation is completed for each projectQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience5+ years of construction project management experience, including tracking and planning projectsExperience with gathering requirements from the client/business and documentationIntermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior LeadershipProven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve common business objectivesDemonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying prioritiesWhy Join Staxmatic?For 45 years, the Staxmatic team has delivered excellence through a strong team culture.
