Coordinate efforts with the pharmacist to ensure that all medication histories are collected and reviewed in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with all patient populations to gather accurate medication histories. Communicate effectively with pharmacists, nurses, family members and others outside the hospital to gather further medicationhistory information. Demonstrate professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills in all communications with patients, team members and otherhealth care providers. Accurately document patients’ medication histories in the medical chart. Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, stateand local standards. Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.Education/TrainingHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Licensure/Certification Must be currently registered with the Florida State Board of Pharmacy, renewed every two yearsExperienceTwo (2) years of experience as a licensed pharmacy technician.
