In this role, you will be responsible for managing service orders, including parts procurement, scheduling technicians, and ensuring top-tier customer service throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to serve as a key liaison between clients and service personnel to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Prior experience in compressed air system maintenance is a strong plus.What you will be doing:Service Coordination for service callsCreating work orders in ERP system (P21 experience is a plus)Ordering parts for service when necessaryTake ownership of service coordinationHandling inbound and outbound callsInteract with internal and external customersRequires strong computer skills, Excel, Word, Outlook,Requires strong Customer Service skillsAbility to work on-site in Sylvania, GAPrevious experience in industrial equipment or a similar industry is a plusWhat you will need:Some college/technical college preferred.Expertise with compressed air, pumps, and pressure blowers is idealProven ability to interpret and meet clients’ needs with customized solutionsOrganized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with strong time management skillsJoin Pye-Barker and drive success in a role that values your skills and supports professional growth.
