We are currently seeking a Non-Rotational Operator to join our operations team in Delhi, Louisiana. This role supports field operations and general oilfield maintenance tasks. While prior experience is not required, a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.Assist with general oilfield site support and maintenancePerform light equipment operation and manual labor as neededSupport fluid transfers, site clean-up, and other routine operational tasksSafely operate hand tools and adhere to all safety protocols and proceduresWork alongside field operators and technicians to ensure efficient site operationsReport any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisors promptlyMust reside within commuting distance of Delhi, LA (no relocation or housing provided)Valid driver's license with clean driving required.Physically able to perform labor-intensive work in varying outdoor conditionsStrong teamwork, communication, and dependabilityPrevious oilfield or industrial experience is a plus, but not requiredWillingness to learn and follow direction
