A Meat/Seafood Team Leader’s responsibilities include:Leading, training, coaching, and communicating with all Team Members in their department.Cuts and trims meat to company standards for retail saleDaily customer interactionsSharing food knowledge with customers and Team MembersOverseeing Food Safety, Safety, and SanitationDay to day operations, merchandising, and quality control of all department offeringsDriving department sales while managing department shrink and expensesManaging department labor and productivityDeveloping future leadersDesired qualifications include:Friendly and customer service oriented.
