As a Customer Experience Associate at the Express, you will assist customers in finding what they are looking for and ensure the Express is stocked with the products customers want. Youu0027ll know which products will meet customeru0027s needs and stay up to date on trends. With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange.You will prioritize customer needs over tasks and grow sales by maintaining merchandise, signs and labels on the sales floor. PRIOR RETAIL/CONVENIENCE STORE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, BUT WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON. TASKS INCLUDE OPERATING A REGISTER, ASSISTING CUSTOMERS WITH PURCHASES, ASSIST WITH RECEIVING STOCKING MERCHANDISE. MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK AND WORK WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY WHILE MAINTAINING OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVELS AT ALL TIMES. PERFORMS ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
