Job Description Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Wireless Department: Customer Service/Retail Sales Reports To: Store/Area Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary Assists customers in person and over the phone in a retail setting in the activation/deactivation of voice and data devices by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provides assistance to customers in the selection and purchase of wireless telecommunications products and services. Obtains or receives merchandise, totals bill, accepts payment, and makes change for customers. Answers customer questions and resolves customer service issues relating to phone bills, equipment, products and services. Maintains store and merchandise in proper condition Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
