Oversee the daily operations of assigned jobs, sites and crewsActs as the point of contact between crews, client personnel and subcontractorsProvides on-site services with crews as needed for job completion and successHandles the daily management of each project and required action itemsEnsures that assigned workflow is being achieved and that tasks and milestones are being reached on time or ahead of scheduleEnsure the successful completion of all project deliverables according to projections and client expectations.Schedule and manage crews, subcontractors and materials for deliveryEnsure safety and quality control requirements at all sites and with all crews and subsOrganize and attend bid walks, negotiate with and direct subcontractorsProvide bids, kitting lists, updated trackers to client as neededWork closely with personnel and clients to develop a successful team atmosphereProvide QC inspections on assigned projectsEnsure all site-specific closeout documentation is complete, professional and submitted timelyProvide leadership, guidance and actively train/promote learning to all your personnelMaintain equipment and vehicles in an operational condition at all timesAssists Project Manager with bidding jobs and projectsMaintain daily paperwork required for jobs, sites and crewsPrevious experience with construction management, leading a crews in the wireless industry and experience with AT&T and T-Mobile a MUST.Must be able to create materials list based on plans/scope of work, order and compile materials for crew in advance of deploymentRecognize and provide a safe work site with acceptable quality and efficiency.Ability to manage a specific project within a structured environmentPrepare and complete necessary surveys, forms, reports, sketches, photos, exhibits, applications and other tasks related to construction efforts on various projectsAttend weekly status meetings to go over site statusMaintain a periodic presence in the client office to facilitate a positive working relationshipProvide other related construction services as the project dictatesComfortable working in an outdoor and indoor work environment (direct exposure to sun and heat)Valid driver’s licenseThe pay range for this position in 65,000-85,000. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience (in addition to medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered).
