Yardman

The Yardman is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing outdoor areas, storage yards, and equipment. This role involves a mix of physical labor, machinery operation, and organization to ensure that the yard remains clean, safe, and functional for day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Load, unload, and move materials, products, or equipment in the yard.Operate forklifts, loaders, or other yard equipment as anize and store materials in an orderly and accessible spect materials and equipment for damage and report any issues to management.Maintain cleanliness of the yard, removing debris and ensuring safe walkways and work areas.Assist in inventory control by tracking and recording incoming and outgoing materials.Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to prevent accidents or damage.Perform basic maintenance on yard tools and equipment.Assist customers, drivers, and other employees in locating and loading materials.
