Program Coordinator / Outreach Specialist

Nexus Youth and Family Services is a human services organization operating in Amador and Calaveras County. The mission of Nexus is to serve members of the community through innovative programs, collaborative partnerships, and the provision of educational and therapeutic services. Examples of Nexus programs include Youth Programs, Family Resource Centers, Parenting Classes, Home Visiting, and Therapeutic Counseling Services for children and their parents. The Nexus Outreach Specialist provides case management and assistance with accessing community resources; leads child, youth and parent activities; and conducts community outreach.
