Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking a Legal Secretary in its Kansas City, MO office. Ideal candidates must have three or more years of civil litigation experience.Qualifications:Research case information, utilizing online and internal resources.Gather supporting documents and evidence for attorney review and case preparation.Efficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured environment.Prepare and file legal documents (Missouri and Kansas Federal & State Courts).Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, docketing, e-filing and procedures.Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.Proficient Microsoft Office 2016 computer skills.Knowledge of iManage/Filesite, iTimekeep, and Chrome River is a plus.We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Disability, Parental Leave and Life Insurance.The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$80,000. This position is open to all experience levels.
