This role includes responding to work order requests, performing general maintenance tasks, and assisting with property upkeep, all while maintaining a positive guest experience.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Work Order Management: Respond to and document associate and guest work order requests promptly.General Maintenance: Conduct maintenance in guest units, common areas, and equipment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.Team Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance associates to support property upkeep and resolve issues efficiently.Property Walkthroughs: Perform regular safety and maintenance inspections, addressing repairs as needed.Checklists and Logs: Complete maintenance checklists and maintain logs.Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and repairs on building systems.Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Communication: Update management promptly regarding incomplete tasks or unsafe conditions.On-Call Duty: Be available for on-call duties at least one week per month, if offered employee housing.Abilities:Flexible Schedule: Available to work holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.Task Management: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, prioritize tasks, and manage workflow.Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with co-workers and perform tasks with minimal supervision.Reading and Writing: Able to read safety rules, operating instructions, and write routine reports.Physical Tasks: Perform basic carpentry, painting, and plumbing tasks.Education & Experience:Education: High school diploma, GED, or vocational training.Certifications: Willingness to obtain pool and spa CPO training and certification.Experience: Relevant experience in maintenance or related fields is preferred.Working Environment & Physical Demands:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs without assistance.Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and reach consistently.Work safely on ladders and roofs at heights up to 30 feet.Work in confined spaces and endure temperature fluctuations indoors and outdoors.Wage Information:The hourly compensation is $24.00Benefits:As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.Access to a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement.Paid time off and sick leave.Participation in a 401(k) plan with company matching.Room discounts for all team members, as well as for their friends and family immediately upon hire.Full-time employees are entitled to 5 complimentary nights per year, while part-time employees receive 3 nights.Discounted bus passes for local commuters.Employee Assistance ProgramPet insuranceThis job posting will close on 9/30/2025 or until the position has been filled.
