FARM LABORER

Workers will also be required to help with irrigation duties, putting up fencing to keep wildlife from the fields, drainage, weed control, etc. Field sanitation duties, keeping the picking bins, buckets, field crates, knives, etc clean and sanitized, keeping fields free of debris, clearing and cleaning the fields after harvest, and any other general farm labor duties needed in the operation of a vegetable farm. Workers may be drug tested, post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with the workers' compensation guidelines. Workers must be physically able to perform all stoop labor duties. Workers must follow all safety and work rules. In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a SWA is in any way a party
