Position: Turf Harvesting Laborer Requirements: Must be able to lift 50lbs. must be able to continue making repetitive movements throughout work shift Job description: Turf harvesting, including driving and controlling farm equipment to till soil and to plant, cultivate, and harvest turf. Loading pallets, repairing pallets, weeding turf, mowing turf, and miscellaneous cleaning and maintenance on farm grounds. Perform post harvest tasks, such as husking, shelling, threshing, and ginning. Use farm equipment to plow and sow seeds, as well as maintain and harvest turf. Anticipated hours of work per week:40 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-5PM Anticipated period of employment: 2/15/2025-12/14/2025 Application deadline:7/16/2025 Job location: Roggen, CO Pay: $16.63/hr ****** Effective 1/1/25, overtime must be paid after 48 hours worked per week, or 56 hours worked per week for up to 22 peak weeks for highly seasonal employers.
