Service Advisor

Victory Motors of Craig, Inc., a trusted Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership, is looking for a Service Advisor to join our high-energy team. What You'll Do: *Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner *Listen to customer concerns and clearly document repair and maintenance needs *Prepare accurate repair orders and provide clear estimates for service and repairs *Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics and recommended services *Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process *Offer additional services and maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations *Ensure a seamless, transparent, and satisfying customer experience from drop-off to pickup *Handle warranty, recall, and service campaign processes according to CDJR standards *Maintain CSI scores by providing excellent customer service What We're Looking For: *Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (CDJR or other dealership experience a plus) *Strong interpersonal and communication skills *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks *Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of service terminology *Proficiency with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc. a plus) *High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications a bonus *Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer: *Competitive pay plan (ie. base + commission/bonuses) *Paid manufacturer training and certifications *Health, dental, and vision insurance *401(k) with employer match *Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts *Paid time off and holidays *Positive, team-oriented work environment *Career growth opportunities in a reputable and growing dealership
