Position: Farm Worker Requirements: Driver's license lifting 50 lbs. Exposure to extreme temperatures Extensive sitting or walking Repetitive movements Job description: Operate all farm equipment for planting and harvesting to include cultivating, tiling, fertilizing, and planting. Harvest grain and oil seed crops such as corn and silage and transport harvest to and from farm locations. Operate hay equipment for hay production to include swathing, raking, bailing and stacking and transport hay to and from farm locations. Provide maintenance and repair for facilities, water structures, feed bunks, fences, corals, direct injection, moving hoses, running pumps, snow removal, and manure systems, to include, pushing and spreading manure. Operate all farm equipment related to the dairy facility to include regular farm vehicles, tractors, suck trucks, feeding equipment, manure trucks, skid loaders, pay loaders, and box scrapers. Maintain landscaping equipment to include mower, weed eater-replacing string, leaf blower, weed sprayer and truck and trailer to moving equipment. Operate small hand-held tools to include paint sprayer, shovels, rakes, clippers, knives, grinders, and drills. responsibilities include: Covering bunk by placing plastic and tires on bunk. Maintaining and keeping clean workspace and facilities. Cleaning and replacing lighting in facilities. Fixing and maintaining driveways. Repairing Concrete. Building various structures with wood.
