POSITION: AG Equipment Operator. REQUIREMENTS: 3 months experience required operating agricultural equipment and heavy-duty construction equipment. On-site training will be provided on proper use of all equipment. Prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times. Must be able to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time. Detail-oriented Ability to work as a team player. Workers who possess a valid drivers license and meet all applicable legal requirements, including holding a doctors certificate as required by 29 CFR 500.105, may be asked to drive vehicles for transporting workers, goods, or commodities on company business. This task is voluntary, compensable, and not a mandatory job duty. Workers without a valid drivers license or doctors certificate will still be fully eligible for employment and are not disqualified from any other job responsibilities outlined in this application. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Equipment Operator position is to safely operate any equipment necessary to complete farming and construction tasks. Duties/Responsibilities: Ranch road construction, repair and maintenance; including installing, repairing or cleaning cattle guards. Ditch construction, repair, and maintenance; including setting headgates, flumes and exhaust tubes Irrigating of hay meadows Harvest of hay for cattle feed Cleanup and beautification of ranch Performs other duties as required. ANTICIPATED HOURS OF WORK PER WEEK: 44 hours per week SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday 7am to 3pm. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT: 4/15/2025 - 11/15/2025.
