This individual will be responsible for maintaining on time delivery of raw material to Kettering operations, supplier qualification, process Improvement and optimization. Manufacturing/Process Engineering experienceDemonstrated Project Management experience dealing with interdisciplinary interaction to meet project schedulesDemonstrated experience managing teams successfully without a direct reporting relationshipDemonstrated experience managing suppliers and external technical resources.Working knowledge of product costing structures and COGsGeneral understanding of statistical analysis for purposes of equipment validationExperienced with Process Improvement/Optimization utilizing Lean Six Sigma (LSS) skillsetStrong organizational skillsHands onExcellent communication skills.Strongly motivated and goal orientedWill adjust working hours and/or work extra hours to meet project deadlinesProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent experienceLSS Green Belt or equivalent experience.ISO 13485:2003, iso 9001:2008Ability to lift 50 poundsThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $88,000-$115,000.Resonetics will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.
