Instructor - Seven Hills Pediatric CenterAn Affiliate of Seven Hills FoundationPay: USD $26.00 HourlyPosition Overview:Make a meaningful impact as an Instructor at Seven Hills Pediatric Center, where you will provide specialized education and care for residents with severe special needs. Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team, develop and implement curriculum, and foster a positive learning environment. This role combines teaching, planning, and supervision to enhance the quality of life and learning for those we serve.Develop and execute individualized curriculum and weekly instruction plans.Supervise and evaluate teacher assistants, modeling best practices and teaching new skills.Coordinate with nursing staff, social workers, and other team members to support residents’ needs.Provide instruction in diverse settings, including classrooms, bedside, or community spaces.Participate in resident assessments, ISP/IEP meetings, and interdisciplinary planning.Manage educational materials and maintain a safe, organized learning environment.Education: Associate’s degree preferred.Experience: 1-3 years in a related field preferred.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (or 200 pounds with assistance) and perform physical tasks as needed.Other Requirements: Standard driver’s license; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven organization that values innovation, collaboration, and respect.
