The Shift Supervisor serves as a shining example of excellent service for both internal and external guests. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent Better Buzz experience that is in line with the values of the company. The Shift Supervisor provides support to all members of Better Buzz and ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.Duties:Responsible for balancing and managing depositsActive in inventory and waste managementAdminister breaksAdhere to opening and closing duties checklist and proceduresAny other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadershipBetter Buzz Coffee is a local USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster with multiple current locations and growing.
