*Role and Responsibilities:** The Member Service Representative I is a Teller-centric role for the Credit Union, conducting routine transactions such as deposits and withdrawals. Meet members' needs by using active listening to provide outstanding service and problem resolution, successfully referring further opportunities to branch partners. ** Demonstrates Interpersonal Awareness and Skills**: Proactively collaborate with team members to provide positive, meaningful interactions with Members and peers, alike. **Embrace Change and Learning:**Through our sales/referral program learn how to match Members needs with products and services. **Utilizes Critical and Creative Thinking:**Provide personalized, needs-based solutions for our community by developing relationships with our Members. **Takes Personal Ownership:**Initiate Member communication and conversation and follow through with all referrals. Accurately and efficiently processes deposits, payments, withdrawals, cash checks, etc. in accordance with established policies and procedures while seeking opportunities to enrich our members lives. Balances cash drawer/TCR.
