Position OverviewApple Air is seeking a knowledgeable and driven Electrical Manager to lead our electrical division. This is a leadership role for someone who combines technical expertise with strong team management skills. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure code compliance, and guide a team of electricians to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality service to our residential and commercial customers.? Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise electrical service, installation, and repair projectsCoordinate scheduling, dispatching, and job assignments for electriciansEnsure all electrical work meets local, state, and national codes and safety standardsProvide technical support and training to team membersMonitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and cost controlCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service deliveryResolve customer concerns professionally and promptlyAssist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining skilled electrical staffTrack performance metrics and implement operational improvements? QualificationsAt least 5 years of proven experience in electrical service and installation management, with leadership or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systemsExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsFamiliarity with NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local regulationsValid driver’s license and Master Electrician license (or equivalent) preferredAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively?
