Weekend hours are defined as Friday 10 p.m. through Monday 6 a.m.- **Holiday Coverage**: Work at least one (1) 8-hour shift per year on a **minor holiday** (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day) and one (1) on a **major holiday** (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).- **Education & Certifications**: Maintain mandatory education requirements and a current BLS certification.- **Call-Out Make-Up Policy**: If a per diem staff member calls out on a weekend, the shift must be made up within one month.Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to residents during evening hours and weekends.- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), administer medications, and monitor health.- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for all residents.- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.Requirements- Current LPN license in New York State.- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.- Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.Why The Alice Center?At The Alice Center, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents.
