Working with a team at the entry level, enter data and review documents for accuracy that are in accordance with WV Code, PEIA Plan document, Summary Plan Description and Shopper's Guide. Works with various reports. Professionally assists benefit coordinators, members and coworkers with account and/or member issues via email, telephone and /or face to face. Assist customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints and explaining benefits, rules, regulations and agency policies. May travel throughout the sate at times. Perform other duties as needed.
