The ideal candidate will support the design team with project coordination, sample management, and creative development.Assist in the design and development of apparel & costumesCreate illustrations and detail sheets to communicate design conceptsCollaborate with design team and cross-functional departmentsOrganize fabric and trim libraries, prepare sample submissions for licensorsAssist with meeting preparation and maintain project documentationDegree in Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field from two or four-year college1+ years related design or retail experience preferredEntry-level candidates with strong portfolios will be consideredKnowledge of Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Basic understanding of design development processPassion for pop culture and current trendsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projectsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA creative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their design careerThe pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role.
