Technician, Rigging

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Receive, Check, and verify equipment during Returns Process.Process Equipment and follow SOP for equipment Prep and Quality AssuranceDiagnose, log, and repair damaged itemsVerify proper operation of Hoist and Hoist SystemsEnsure all equipment prep deadlines are metOrganize and store all tested equipmentusing a forklift or reach truck to store equipment in departmentInternal PRG training provided for use of Forklift.Ensure all equipment is in top cosmetic shapePerform other duties as assigned by supervisorWork well under hard deadlines; ability to plan workflow accordinglySolid understanding of A/V production equipment and functionality, rigging knowledge is a plus1-2 years of experience working with A/V equipment, dry-hire background a plusAbility to stand for long periods, stand, crouch, bend in a full range of motion.Ability to lift up to 75lbs.Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a time-sensitive production environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentPRG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
