Production Operator

The Production Operator will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining oil and gas production equipment, with a strong focus on rod pump and triplex pump systems. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual who can ensure reliable, efficient, and safe production operations.Operate and monitor production equipment, including rod pumps and triplex pumps.Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.Adjust pumping systems to optimize production performance.Maintain accurate daily production and equipment records.Follow established safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.Collaborate with field and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.Assist with minor repairs and mechanical adjustments to maintain continuous operations.2+ years of experience as a Production Operator in the oil and gas industry required.Strong mechanical aptitude; prior experience with rod pumps and triplex pumps required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in field conditions.Knowledge of oil and gas safety standards and practices.High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.Must be willing to work an 8/6 schedule.
