Travel is required.We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will drive market share through direct interaction with engineers, contractors, and distributors, and provide engineering expertise. If you are passionate about sales and engineering, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Drive market share through direct interaction with engineers, contractors, and distributors.Support Regional Sales Manager/Specialist in sales efforts.Provide engineering expertise.Conduct Lunch & Learns, engineering calls, and follow-ups.Deliver technical presentations and respond to questions.Provide sales assistance and collaborate on pricing and quotes.Serve as the point of contact within the territory.Maintain and expand customer base through extensive travel.Update CRM with new and existing contacts and sales opportunities.Attend and exhibit at shows within the sales territory.Assist in technical training for the sales team.Consult on job sites and preconstruction meetings.Troubleshoot installation and field issues.Stay current on job-relevant information through educational opportunities and professional publications.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.EIT required, PE preferred.5+ years’ experience in a Civil Engineering role.Sales experience preferred.Stormwater and septic experience an asset.Ability to travel regionally.Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong sales and customer service skills.Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work well in a high-paced and stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.#LI-Remote#LI-JC1ADS supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.
