Heavy Assembler

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Assembler for a company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! Key Responsibilities: Perform repetitive operations on the assembly line to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, drawings, or diagrams. Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Position parts in specified relationships to each other, using hands, tweezers, or pliers. Fasten parts together using solder, bolts, screws, clips, or cements, either by hand or using hand tools or portable powered tools. Load and unload previously set-up machines (e.g., arbor presses, drill presses, striping machines, laminating machines, or cutters) for operations like fastening, force fitting, or light metal-cutting on the assembly line. Qualifications: Previous experience in assembly or similar physical labor roles is required. Ability to lift heavy objects and use a sledgehammer. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Ability to adapt to different tasks as required by production needs.
