Express Employment Professional is searching for a Fulltime CNC Router Operator Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our production team. This role is critical in producing precision-cut components used in custom signage, framing, and environmental graphics installations. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, meticulous, and passionate about creating high-quality, custom-fabricated products. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC routers to cut, shape, and drill a variety of materials including wood, acrylic, foam, and aluminum. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design files to ensure precise output. Maintain CNC machinery, including routine cleaning, tool changes, calibration, and minor repairs. Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure production meets project specifications and timelines. Inspect parts for quality control, making adjustments as needed to achieve the desired result. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Able to be on feet all day Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Familiarity with materials commonly used in signage and art production. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
