We are searching for a reliable, deadline driven MIG welder to join our team of skilled professionals. The welder’s responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate tools and metals, measuring and assembling metal pieces, using cutting tools, and determining gas ratios.Welder Responsibilities:Majority of time will be MIG welding, TIG welding ability is a plusSelecting, measuring, cutting, and joining aluminum/steel metals to specifications.Preparing metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and effective assemblage.Interpreting specifications and blueprints accurately.Regularly cleaning and inspecting welding equipment and tools.Determining correct gas ratios.Testing the strength of each weld during and after project completion.Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting as required.Liaising with the supervisor, reporting any issues, and making suggestions for improvementWelder Requirements:High School diploma or similarHave at least 3-5 years’ experience in a welding position.
