For more information about Crum & Forster, please visit our website: www.cfins.com.Information about the Role, Line of Business and Team: Under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing, this role helps create and deliver impactful and creative marketing solutions to promote the C&F’s broad range of specialty insurance products.What you will do:Collaborate with others on the External Marketing team and the broader C&F Marketing Communications team to ensure leverage of our Connected Marketing approachProactively support external marketing and communication strategies for multiple divisions and profit centers focused on driving growth, awareness and engagementWork closely with the Marketing Team and Division Marketing Partners to develop and execute elements of strategic and integrated marketing campaigns and materials, with content channels including brochures, webpages, emails, social posts, advertising, thought leadership, tradeshows/events, infographics and videosParticipate in regular outreach sessions with P&C and A&H business leadership to understand key strategies and proactively contribute to C&F marketing outreach, market awareness and visibilityCopy edit/proof, improve, and maintain product- and value proposition-specific messaging and content to help achieve our business goals and to maintain consistent voice and representation across channelsBring new ideas, new channels and tools to the table for consideration, especially in support of digital marketingUse team, client, and industry insights to inform content development and refine executionHelp track and measure effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving sales and recommend adjustments to strategies to maximize ROIHelp facilitate business, legal and brand approval for contentSupport speaking/presentation/storytelling opportunities across a team of Subject Matter ExpertsManage a master calendar of external marketing activitiesOther duties as assignedWhat YOU will bring to C&F:Outstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing to a variety of channels including social, web, email and print collateralExcellent organizational skillsStrong ability to problem-solve, with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with a team as well as independently in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in English, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)6+ years’ experience in marketing & communicationsInsurance industry knowledge (P&C) strongly desiredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience with social media platforms, SEO measurement and content development, experience with Adobe Creative SuiteCompetitive compensation packageGenerous 401K employer matchEmployee Stock Purchase plan with employer matchingGenerous Paid Time OffExcellent benefits that go beyond health, dental & vision. Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $82,900.00 to a maximum of $121,600.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
