Description: As a Software Developer Contractor you will be responsible for developing creating and modifying software applications to meet business requirements and enhance system performance. Developing and customizing software applications based on user needs and business requirements. Analyzing and designing databases within an application area working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software applications and integrations. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in software development. Ensuring the quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance. Overview: We are seeking an experienced Corticon Developer to support the Deloitte project team in developing and customizing software applications that meet business requirements and enhance system performance. This role involves working with Progress Corticon to build and manage business rules, integrate rule engines with enterprise systems, and support tooling programs related to software composition analysis and bill of materials generation. Responsibilities: Develop, modify, and maintain Corticon-based rule applications aligned with business logic and performance goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into executable ruleflows and rulesheets. Analyze and design databases and integrations within application areas, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Corticon applications, integrations, and tooling. Support SCA Build Tooling program management and SBOM Tooling using tools like Syft, Anchore, and CycloneDX. Ensure application quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and maintenance.
