Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, a remote working environment, and competitive compensation structure.About the opportunityThe Senior PMO Program Specialist is responsible for developing and establishing best practice processes for the day-to-day operations for a vendor management program supporting our Enterprise Client(s). The Sr PMO PS assists in assuring operational excellence in meeting client expectations and service level agreements. The Sr PMO PS supervises the day-to-day activities of the Operations staff and ensures proper staffing levels are maintained to support the clients business requirements. What you will be doingClient RelationshipsNurture professional relationships with peers and/or counterparts within the clients organizationSet realistic expectations for operation capabilities and costs.Consult with the Program Director to assist in development of business proposals that meet the clients needs and expectationsFocus on continuous improvement of service delivery Ensure commitments to client are met and client satisfaction goals are achieved Service ExcellenceEnsure client needs and performance requirements are met through consistent, efficient, and effective processes Responds to and resolves operating problems Ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines, and processesFulfill contract SLAs Forecast demand for operational resources based on program trends to support ongoing client business requirementsMonitor data integrityConduct client training on vendor management programProviding client reporting on service delivery measurements and client specific statisticsSupplier RelationshipsDevelop professional relationships with peers and/or counterparts within the suppliers organizationMonitor supplier performance against SLAs Focus on continuous improvement of Supplier service delivery Source suppliers with the necessary capabilities to provide service excellenceConduct Supplier training on vendor management programMUST-HAVES5+ years Professional ExperienceStaffing and/or Vendor Management experience requiredCollege Degree or equivalent work experienceHuman Resources, Customer Service, Sales Delivery experience desired but not required #LI-RemoteBy applying for this position, you agree to the
