Our company’s focus and mission are based on building partnerships and collaborating with our clients to create solutions that are strategically designed, faithfully executed and driven by market insight and data to ensure maximum return on our clients’ investment, ultimately improving people’s lives.The Knipper Vision: Create the shortest path between patient and therapy.Join the growing Knipper family today!The Utility Operatorperforms maintenance services throughout Company facilities under direction from Facilities management.Hours: Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00 pmCollect wheeled tilt trucks full of recyclable materials and bring to trash cageAccurately separate and sort recyclable materials in bins and prepare for shippingBale corrugated cardboardUsing a dust mop sweep floors of any wood chips, dust and floor debrisOccasionally mop areas with wet mop that require moppingOperate Tennant floor scrubber to clean 450k square foot Distribution Center.Operate ride-on floor sweeper collecting floor debrisClean bathrooms regularly and ensure soap is replenished in a timely mannerMaintain consistent output of work to keep up with cardboard balingHigh school diploma or GEDOne to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.Required to stand, bend, climb and crouch.Ability to use specific power tools to perform dutiesAbility to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.Must have experience related to maintenance or housekeeping activities, preferably in a warehouse environment.
