Description + Attend treatment review meetings as needed. + Ensure recreation schedule is carried out accurately and in a timely manner. + Oversee, plan, promote, and participate in special event activities. + Assess needs of recreation equipment and facilities for needed repairs and replacement. + Inventory and purchase needed recreation supplies. + Ensure all provisions of recreation programs comply with governing regulations. + Ensure monthly progress notes are written appropriately and in a timely manner. + Provide adequate recreation activities to promote independent leisure lifestyles to include: weekday and weekend activities, 1-on-1 recreation, off-campus and community involvement activities. + Develop and submit recreational assessment for residents accurately and in a timely manner as requested + Monitor necessary documentation on data collection sheets for accuracy, appropriateness, and timelines. + Provide care and/or conduct patient/resident interactions in a manner appropriate for the age, culture, and population being served. + Follow all safety policies and adheres to all worker's compensation program guidelines.
