ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Report Developer will focus on analyzing healthcare financial data and building reports that provide insights into the operational and financial health of the business.PRIMARY DUTIESWork with business users and analysts to understand reporting requirements and analyze dataBuild and standardize reporting objects, data, and logic at the database layer Build Power BI reports, automate, and testEnsure flexibility, scalability, consistency and quality Follow best practices for development, QA, deployment, source code managementEnsure proper documentation is maintained, and provide walk-through of definitions and metricsCoordinate closely with other developers to streamline processes and optimizeGain strong knowledge of underlying data and business rules, and assist other teamsAdopt agile methodology, and assist in tracking and communicating progress of deliverablesIdentify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT users, both, onshore and offshoreMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS• 4+ years building objects in a SQL database, including tables, stored procedures, views• 3+ years building reports and dashboards in Power BI• Proficient in SQL and analyzing data• Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake a plus• 1+ years using Agile methodology• 1+ years working with Healthcare or Financial data preferred• Strong ability to quickly understand data relationships and analyze• Demonstrated ability in meeting deadlines and communicating progress across projects• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other team members and business owners• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills• Bachelor’s degree or higherPREFERRED EXPERIENCE• Experience working with Azure DevOpsPerks & Benefits:Fully Remote - Work from anywhere within the United States with reliable high-speed internetMultiple medical plan options Health Savings Account with company contributionsDental & vision coverage for you and your dependents401k with Company matchVacation, sick time & Company paid holidaysCompany wellbeing program with health insurance incentivesWhat’s Next?If you’re ready to bring your skills and passion to our growing team, we want to hear from you!
