Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural trainingSupport fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as neededBe knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly Accurately write down guests’ orders and enter into POS system, in a timely mannerRetrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner Ability to assess guests’ demeanor and identify when to summon a ManagerCollect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely mannerPerform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework Restock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guests Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift Can reach, bend, stoop frequently Able to deliver plates, and clear tables of plates and glasses, which may require lifting up to 50 lbsAbility to speak, read and write English Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks, notes, etc Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes Complete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutesFive (5) Day Work WeekPaid Vacation: One Week after Year One, Two Weeks after Two Years, and Three Weeks after Ten YearsHealth Insurance - Medical & Dental Programs Available401K Plan - Immediate Eligibility.
