1 year min experience in cooking, sautéing, prepping. Knowledge of proper food handling procedures, and being able to read and follow standard order and recipes. Learn the ticket system. 3 part-time positions and 3 full-time positions spilt shifts 10:00am-2:00pm 4:00pm-until Tuesday-Friday Saturday's dinner only and closed on Sundays and Mondays.
