Security Guard

*SECURITY GUARD** **Job Description:** The primary responsibility of the security guard position is to monitor and control access onto the facility. Additional Responsibilities: Keep a log of all vehicles and deliveries entering the facility Monitor and record data from ovens and freezers Assist the oven managers as a safety backup Monitor and record temperatures of climate controlled buildings Monitor fire alarms for all buildings Close and secure all doors after last work shift leaves Unlock doors before the start of the work day Ability to identify and report safety violations Turn off specific lights throughout the Facility Monitor and record data related to dock activity Accept and off load evening and weekend deliveries to receiving dept Skills/Experience: 2+ years' experience working as a security guard. Experience working at a gated facility preferred. Forklift experience preferred Must be able to work a rotating schedule. Guard shift hours include days, nights and weekends.
