*Job Description / Duties:** Perform general maintenance and repair of residential apartment units and surrounding grounds. Responsibilities include basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs; preparing units for new tenants through cleaning, painting, and installing or repairing flooring; performing exterior maintenance such as minor concrete repair and snow removal; operating and maintaining equipment including lawnmowers and hand tools; retrieving supplies and materials from vendors; and maintaining basic records of purchases and expenses. Interact professionally with tenants during maintenance activities. Work is performed independently under minimal supervision.
