The Shift Supervisor serves as a shining example of excellent service for both internal and external guests. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent Better Buzz experience that is in line with the values of the company. The Shift Supervisor provides support to all members of Better Buzz and ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.Duties:Responsible for balancing and managing depositsActive in inventory and waste managementAdminister breaksAdhere to opening and closing duties checklist and proceduresAny other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadershipLead our kitchen prep operations as all of our team is cross-trainedHigh School Diploma or GED graduate preferred1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience preferredCoffee experience preferredMust be available to work at least 5 days of the week and a minimum of 28 hoursMust be able to work 2 of the 3 busiest shifts of the weekMust be able to work a mixture of open, closes and mid-shifts as dictated by the business needsBetter Buzz Coffee is committed to providing outstanding guest service to our community while fostering a fun and upbeat work environment for our team.
