Floor Technician -2nd Shift

This position offers an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact and contribute to the success of our company.Perform a wide range of floorcare duties, including but not limited to stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing.Utilize industry-leading techniques and equipment to achieve high-quality results.Conduct inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or requests.1+ yr. floor technician experience is preferredMust have a valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)Extensive floor care product knowledgeWorking knowledge of multiple hard floor surfaces (marble, granite, VCT, etc.)Working knowledge of carpet cleaning procedures (shampooing, extracting, bonneting)Ability to perform window cleaning and power washing dutiesProficient verbal / written communication skills (Spanish a plus)Planning / scheduling, problem solvingTime management skillsProven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow-upA friendly, respectful, energetic corporate culture that will allow you to thriveWork in an environment where you can see the difference you make daily!Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Competitive base salarySafe harbor 401(k) with company matching (if applicable)
